TEL-AVIV, December 25 - RIA News. The Israeli authorities have authorized a military operation in Gaza Strip, which would compel to halt rocket attacks Palestinian militants, on Thursday major newspapers in the country, citing sources in the army, reported.
As newspaper “Ha’aretz” writes, the scenario of the operation includes air on targets of strategic importance for military and political leadership of the Palestinian enclave, and local ground raids. It is not yet a question of scale intrusion into to the Gaza Strip and overthrow the Islamist regim.
