In Syria they celebrate 35th anniversary of the War of Doom. On the occasion of this date the official of high rank gave an interview to Quatari newspapers “Al-Vatan”.

He noted that if Israel “won’t make a decision to leave occupation territories and make paece with Syria, if won’t stop aggression against Palestine people in Gaz and in Judaca and in Samary, the war will be declared.”

At the same time the source reminded to Israel: “When the situation was demanded, 35th years ago Syria levied war and won” (for some reason in Arabian world many people are still convinced that Syria and Egypt smashed up Israel in the War of Doom - translator’s note).
